Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced project coordinator to support xPL Offsite OSM. You will coordinate planning, engineering, VDC coordination, and generate basic financial reports while providing on-site support for delivery coordination and material hand-offs with project teams, vendors, and the xPL organization per project schedule.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage subcontractors, and readiness for heavy travel (90–100%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery in line with site schedule and CIL.
• Manage submittals, transmittals, RFIs and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation and records (minutes, drawings, reports).
• Support on-site delivery coordination and material hand-offs with vendors and project team.
• Generate project reports covering schedule, status and procurement.
