Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Construction Operations Coordinator for the xPL Offsite OSM division to support on-site project delivery in Dallas, TX. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited program in Construction Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or construction industry, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Field construction or engineering experience with knowledge of project scheduling.
• Able to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with collaborative tools (e.g., PROCORE, ACC, SAP, Clearstory).
• Willingness to travel 90-100% as required by project needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to identify project issues and develop resolution plans with stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation system including meeting minutes, drawings, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate project delivery and develop delivery schedule aligned with project items list.
• Manage submittals, transmittals, and RFIs for defined deliverables and variances.
• Review procurement and engineering packages to understand scope for each vendor and integrator.
• Record and manage PCOs and provide onsite analysis with findings to management.
• Generate and deliver project reports on schedule, material status, and engineering documentation.
• Facilitate site readiness coordination including transportation, material deliveries, and on-site receiving requirements.
• Conduct inventory of deliveries and obtain chain-of-custody signatures.
• Ensure storage areas meet environmental requirements and complete predecessor work prior to delivery.
• Conduct material reinspection during extended storage and support delay back charges/claims.
• Assist in collecting and uploading vendor and integrator close-out documentation per contract.
