Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an on-site coordinator for the xPL Offsite OSM division to support project planning, VDC coordination, and reporting. You will collaborate with project teams, vendors, and integrators to align delivery, procurement, and field activities with the project schedule.

This role requires 3+ years in construction or manufacturing, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel 90–100%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Field construction/engineering experience with knowledge of project scheduling.
• Ability to read contract docs, drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Good judgment to solve problems and prioritize responsibilities.
• Self-starter with project management fundamentals in fast-paced environments.
• Professional verbal and written communication with presentation skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork abilities across levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to take direction, listen actively, and follow tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with xPL management to identify issues and develop resolutions.
• Maintain project documentation including photos, minutes, drawings, and files.
• Coordinate delivery and schedule per project needs and CIL.
• Manage submittals, transmittals, and RFIs for defined deliverables.
• Review procurement and engineering packages to understand scope.
• Record PCOs and provide onsite analysis with management reports.
• Generate and deliver project reports on schedule and materials.
• Facilitate site readiness coordination and transportation planning.
• Inventory xPL deliveries and obtain chain-of-custody signatures.
• Ensure storage areas meet environmental requirements for equipment.
• Perform material reinspection after extended storage.
• Develop/collect documentation for delay back charges and claims.
• Assist in collecting and uploading close-out documentation.
• Participate in safety and other duties to ensure safe deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.
