Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Senior Structural/Architectural Superintendent to efficiently schedule, manage, and coordinate subcontractors and labor crews to meet the Master Schedule. You will lead teams, ensure safety, QA/QC, and maintain critical project documentation across diverse sites.

The role requires travel up to 100% across the US, including multiple states. Candidates should have a strong construction background, OSHA knowledge, and experience with scheduling tools like MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 6 years' work experience as a construction superintendent (10+ years if no degree)
• Must have project scheduling, planning, organization and document control
• Superior communication and organization skills, especially with subcontractors and inspectors
• OSHA certification and knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures
• Experience with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera) and document control tools

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of superintendents, project field engineers, and other field staff
• Permit document administration and control
• Review and understand subcontractor scope of work
• Coordinate safety meetings and project safety responsibilities
• Control project access and traffic
• Inventory and rental coordination of tools/equipment
• Coordinate scheduling and records for testing and certificates (concrete/soil)
• Coordinate daily with PM/PCM/PFE on progress, subcontractor performance, QA/QC and reporting
• Prepare 3-week look ahead and update master schedule with PCM
• Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore)
• Maintain As-Built drawings for submittal
• Schedule project inspections and final close-out documents
• Quality control of installed materials and equipment
• Site layout and benchmark control
• Travel across US to support projects
