Lemartec, a MasTec company, seeks a Senior Structural/Architectural Superintendent to lead field teams and manage complex projects across the US. The role involves extensive travel (up to 100%), coordinating sub-contractors, safety, schedules, and QA/QC to ensure progress per master plan.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years as a construction superintendent (or 10+ years without a degree), strong communication skills, OSHA knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project or Primavera, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a construction Superintendent (10+ years if no degree).
• Experience scheduling, planning and coordinating subcontractor activities.
• OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project or Primavera, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of superintendents, project field engineers and other field staff.
• Permit document administration and control.
• Review subcontractor scopes of work and coordinate safety meetings.
• Maintain master schedule, look-ahead schedules, and daily logs.
• Coordinate project inspections and final close-out documentation.
• Ensure quality control of installed materials and equipment.
• Site layout, benchmarks, and coordination with PM/PCM/PFE.
