Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company, seeks a Senior Structural/Architectural Superintendent to drive scheduling, coordination, and quality across multi-state projects. Responsibilities include leading field teams, reviewing subcontractor scopes, and overseeing safety programs as projects progress.

The role involves extensive travel (up to 100%) across the US to support various infrastructure and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years' work experience as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.
• Strong scheduling, communication, and documentation control.
• OSHA safety knowledge and certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6).

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of superintendents and field staff.
• Coordinate safety meetings and project safety responsibilities.
• Review subcontractor scope and manage schedules.
• Maintain master schedule and look-ahead planning.
• Complete daily logs and As Built drawings.
