The Traveling Senior Project Manager - Justice provides overall direction, owns outcomes for complex programs, and drives profitability while aligning with JE Dunn’s strategy and values. This role demands strong leadership, budgeting, and risk management across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Preconstruction coordination including quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope development.
• Leads buyout scheduling, pricing, subcontractor identification and scope management.
• Manages submittal schedules, shop drawings and approvals.
• Coordinates with logistics for pricing on materials and equipment.
• Manages risk analysis of subcontractors and approvals.
• Coordinates stakeholders including owner, design team, vendors, and field teams.
• Gathers subcontractor pricing and changes; prepares change requests.
• Leads monthly project reviews, progress meetings and owner-architect meetings.
• Oversees monthly subcontractor and owner pay applications; tracks project budget and margin.
• Develops project schedule with Lean principles and monitors resources.
• Drives project closeout using standard tools and processes.
• Interfaces with regional legal counsel as needed.
