Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to maintain injury-free environment.
• Support preconstruction including quantity takeoff, scope review, bid packages and schedule development.
• Lead buyout process: pricing, scope verification, subcontractor selection and risk analysis.
• Manage submittal schedules and ensure timely submittals to architects/engineers.
• Develop project schedules and manage materials, labor and procurement to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, vendors and subcontractors; manage change requests and cost forecasts.
• Oversee monthly cost and margin forecasts; develop project budgets and track performance.
