Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Senior Project Manager - Justice to lead a growing portfolio of justice projects across the United States. You’ll provide direction, manage profitability, and oversee complex multiple-project outcomes while aligning with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, preconstruction support, schedule development, and strong coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• Demonstrated success in executing multiple large or complex Justice / Corrections construction projects and/or leading multiple project teams (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the project safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages preconstruction and bid processes, including scope development and bid packages.
• Develops and maintains project schedule with Lean principles.
• Leads change management, cost forecasting and subcontractor agreements.
• Oversees project closeout, reporting and stakeholder communications.
