The role requires directing multiple complex projects, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensuring safe, on-time, within-budget delivery. Travel is a core component of this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to maintain an injury-free environment.
• Supports preconstruction activities including quantity takeoff and scope development.
• Leads buyout scheduling, pricing, and subcontract management.
• Manages submittal schedules and approvals with architects/engineers.
• Coordinates risk management and bonding requirements for subcontractors.
• Prepares monthly cost and margin forecasts with the project team.
• Leads project closeout processes using best-practice standards.
• Interfaces with region/company legal counsel as appropriate.
