Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Senior Project Manager - Justice to lead a growing portfolio of justice projects across the United States. You will direct project outcomes, manage profitability, and implement robust safety and operating procedures in collaboration with the project team.

Responsibilities include coordinating preconstruction tasks, managing subcontractors, and leading bid packages, schedules, and risk analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• Experience leading complex justice/corrections construction projects is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage safety culture and project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to maintain injury-free environment.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities including pricing, scheduling and subcontractor selection.
• Manage change orders, subcontracts and budget; ensure timely pay applications.
• Develop and maintain project schedule; monitor resources and procurement.
• Lead project closeout using best practices and documentation.
