Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Senior Project Manager - Justice to lead complex justice construction projects across the United States. You will implement strategy, manage profitability, and coordinate with owners, design teams and subcontractors to deliver high-impact facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, comprehensive knowledge of construction management, and ability to travel for project execution across multiple sites while upholding JE Dunn’s safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field is required.
• 10+ years construction management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in executing large/complex Justice/Corrections projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment across projects.
• Oversee preconstruction activities including estimate review and scope development.
• Manage subcontractor bidding, buyout and subcontractor pricing.
• Develop and maintain project schedule and ensure resources meet project needs.
• Prepare monthly cost and margin forecasts and assist in budget development.
• Lead project closeout with documentation, warranties and final financials.
