Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Traveling Senior Project Manager - Justice to lead complex justice/corrections projects across the United States. You will drive scope, schedule, safety and cost outcomes, partnering with owners, designers, subcontractors and field teams to deliver high‑impact facilities.

The role requires 10+ years of construction management, strong leadership, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• Experience leading multiple Justice / Corrections projects.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel/relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and provide mentorship to staff.
• Oversee preconstruction activities including quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope development.
• Manage buyout schedule, pricing, subcontractor selection and risk analysis.
• Coordinate submittal schedules, shop drawings and samples with architects/engineers.
• Lead project meetings and monthly reviews; monitor progress and budget.
• Develop and manage project schedule, resources and procurement logs to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and review change requests, cost and margin forecasts.
• Collaborate with owners, design team, vendors and field teams to ensure outcomes.
