Qualifications

• Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in managing complex construction projects in justice/corrections.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Oversee preconstruction activities including estimate reviews and scope development.
• Manage subcontractor bids, pricing, and change orders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across design, owner, vendors, and field teams.
• Develop and manage project schedule, budget and profitability.
