The role requires extensive construction management experience, bachelor's degree, and ability to travel. You'll collaborate with owners, architects and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety culture and risk management.
• Proficiency with CMiC, BIM and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Manages prestart checklist and buyout schedule.
• Supports preconstruction activities and bid package development.
• Coordinates submittals, shop drawings and samples.
• Oversees change requests and subcontractor pricing.
• Provides regular project reporting and financial forecasting.
• Leads monthly project reviews and closeout processes.
