Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Senior Project Manager - Justice to lead a portfolio of nationwide justice facility projects. You will oversee safety, scope management, and subcontractor coordination while driving budget and schedule performance.

The role requires 10+ years of construction management experience, a related degree, and willingness to travel to project sites across the United States. Strong leaderships skills and CMiC proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years construction management experience across complex projects.
• Willing to travel and work non-traditional hours as needed.
• Experience leading justice/corrections construction projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentorship to prevent injuries.
• Supports preconstruction, including coordination and scope development.
• Prepares and analyzes project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Manages subcontractor scope, buyout, and change control processes.
• Supports client and design team communications and quarterly reviews.
• Leads project closeout, documentation, and risk assessments.
