• 10+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Manages preconstruction activities including estimates and scope review.
• Oversees bid packages, subcontracts, scheduling and budgeting.
• Manages change orders and price negotiations with subs.
• Coordinates with stakeholders (owner, design team, vendors).
• Ensures efficient project closeout and documentation.
