Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CMiC and BIM.
• Experience managing safety culture and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Oversee preconstruction, estimates and buyout processes.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders and pricing.
• Develop and manage project schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams and vendors.
