Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Proven success in Justice / Corrections projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and investigations, mentoring staff as needed.
• Manage preconstruction activities: quantity takeoff, scope development, bid package creation.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and procurement logs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (subcontractors, owner, design team, vendors).
• Prepare change requests, submittals and pay applications; lead monthly reviews.
