Lemartec Corporation is seeking an MEP Senior Project Manager to lead a team of project managers, assistant project managers and superintendents to deliver complex construction projects across multiple sectors. The role requires up to 100% travel across the US and coordination with architects, engineers and owners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction is required.
• 10–20 years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial/industrial projects is expected.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents to deliver results.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks and keep critical paths on track.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and owners to initiate new projects and secure opportunities.
• Recruit qualified subcontractors and manage subcontractor relationships for new and ongoing projects.
• Ensure quality control plans are followed and client satisfaction is achieved.
• Prepare and submit O&M manuals, change orders, and progress reports within established timelines.
