Lemartec Corporation is seeking an Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead a team of project managers, assistant PMs, and superintendents, delivering complex construction projects. This executive role requires travel up to 100% across the US, coordinating across architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction required; 5 years of relevant work experience may substitute.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Project manager experience highly preferred.
• 10–20 years of project management experience on commercial/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and superintendents to deliver projects.
• Travel across the US up to 100% to support project locations.
• Develop contingency plans and mitigate risks in the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to secure projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and client satisfaction; manage pre-construction/RFP packages.
