Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Project Engineer (MEP) to provide technical engineering information to Project Managers, Craft Supervisors, and Corporate Managers, ensuring design and construction comply with codes and standards.

You will support project controls (cost, scheduling, estimating) and subcontract oversight while traveling up to 100% of the time across the US to varied locations.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in construction is required.
• Prior experience with MEP projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical drawings and specifications for industrial construction; interpret designs for crafts and prepare field design change requisitions.
• Plan and develop construction work packages for civil and process plant systems.
• Coordinate schedules, QA/QC duties, and documentation per the Lemartec Field Engineering Handbook.
• Support the Construction Manager in analyzing and reporting daily subcontractor progress.
• Coordinate craft production and release work to meet schedules and contract terms.
