Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company, is seeking a Senior MEP Superintendent who will travel nationwide to lead sub-contractors and field teams, ensuring project progress and quality per master schedules. The role emphasizes coordination, safety, and thorough document control across diverse projects.

Ideal candidates bring extensive superintendent experience, strong leadership, OSHA knowledge, and proficiency with scheduling tools, with travel up to 100% across the US.

Qualifications

• Must have project scheduling, planning, organization and document control.
• Superior communication and organization skills, especially when managing subcontractors and inspectors
• OSHA Certification – In depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures
• Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office Suite, Scheduling Programs and Document

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of superintendents, project field engineers, and other field staff
• Review subcontractor scope of work
• Coordinate safety meetings and project safety
• Coordinate and maintain records of all testing and certificates including concrete and soil testing
• Update master schedule and complete 3‑week look ahead
• Prepare Daily Log Reports (Procore)
• Maintain As Built drawings for final submittal
• Coordinate inspections and final close‑out documentation
• Quality control of installed materials and equipment
• Site layout and control of benchmarks
