Job summary

Lemartec, MasTec’s general contracting arm, seeks a senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects nationwide. The role covers conceptual to close-out stages, proposal development, and client communications, with emphasis on schedule, cost control, and quality assurance.

Ideal candidate has 5–10 years in large-scale construction, strong leadership, and proficient use of Procore and Primavera P6. Travel up to 100% across the U.S. is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of Procore, Primavera P6, Sage and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assists BD in developing win plans, preliminary project execution plans, estimating plans, proposal plans, proposals, and contract reviews.
• Establishes an integrated project organization and defines roles, responsibilities, and authorities.
• Ensures project plans, budgets, schedules, and procedures are defined and aligned with contract requirements.
• Promotes change management and documentation of customer communications.
