Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead PM teams and superintendents on large-scale infrastructure projects across the US. This executive-level role requires identifying, proposing, closing, and managing construction projects with significant travel.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners, ensure quality, manage subcontractors, and drive pre-construction and bid activities. Travel up to 100% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; 10+ years PM experience preferred.
• Experience managing commercial/industrial projects as a PM.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and production with PM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Superintendents to deliver projects.
• Develop contingency plans and mitigate risks on critical paths.
• Manage subcontractor scope, contracts, and requisitions.
• Build relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Oversee pre-construction/RFP activities with estimating and other departments.
• Ensure project quality control and client satisfaction.
