Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company, seeks a Senior MEP Superintendent to lead multiple projects nationwide. Travel up to 100% across the US with responsibilities for scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and safety leadership.

Strong mentoring and plan-reading skills are essential. Qualified candidates have 6+ years as a construction Superintendent, proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, and a Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience without a degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in construction Superintendent role; 10+ years if no degree.
• OSHA certification and safety standards knowledge.
• Experience with scheduling software including MS Project or Primavera (P6).

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of superintendents, project field engineers, and other field staff.
• Permit document administration and control.
• Review subcontractors’ scope of work and ensure alignment with master schedule.
• Coordinate safety meetings and project safety responsibilities.
• Maintain master schedule, look-ahead planning, and daily logs (Procore).
