Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from concept through close-out. You will manage budgets, schedules, and performance, while coordinating with Business Development to expand project scope and prepare proposals.

Strong leadership and a track record in delivering on-time, on-budget results are essential. You will travel across the United States to support multiple projects nationwide, including locations such as PA, KS, NC, SC, VA, GA, TX, FL,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; 5 years related experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Experience with front-end activities including Best Practices/Lessons Learned, Constructability, Risk Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist BD in developing win plans, preliminary project execution plans, estimating plans, proposal plans, proposals, and contract reviews; draft prime contract and proposal documents.
• Define and communicate roles, responsibilities and authorities to project team and Customer for safe, on-time, on-budget completion.
• Ensure scope, design basis and objectives are defined with detailed work plans, schedules, budgets and procedures.
• Monitor and control all contractual commitments to ensure compliance with contract terms, maintain trend program, and process change orders promptly.
• Develop and implement Project Execution Reviews and approve Project Control systems to measure progress and trigger corrective actions.
• Oversee Environmental, Health & Safety program for office and field; ensure EH&S compliance.
