Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise project staff and guide performance.
• Act as senior liaison with customer representatives and ensure satisfaction.
• Plan for and maintain project profitability to achieve goals.
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met for each project.
• Oversee work distribution, staffing levels and on-site progress.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance in all operations.
• Review job costs, invoices, and financial reporting for accuracy.
• Complete on-time project paperwork, including timesheets and transfers.
• Conduct quality checks and site walks to prevent outages and document as-builts.
• Serve as main on-site customer contact and attend meetings as required.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve operational processes.
