Job summary

Loenbro LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Electrical (Traveling) to lead large-scale data center and energy projects nationwide. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management from setup through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in industrial/commercial construction and 5+ years as PM in the mechanical field, with travel and leadership responsibilities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large scale commercial & industrial construction projects from set up to close out.
• Recruit, manage and lead teams of employees (Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, Coordinators).
• Supervise daily work of employees.
• Verify conformance with contract requirements.
• Ensure safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Coordinate labor, equipment and subcontractor resources for timely, cost-effective completion.
• Ensure team follows safety rules and company policies.
