Job summary

Loenbro, a national construction partner, seeks a Project Manager (Electrical) to plan, schedule, estimate, and oversee industrial electrical projects onsite in Omaha. You will coordinate craft supervision, manage teams, and ensure safety compliance and on-time delivery.

Candidates should have 2+ years as PM in electrical field and a degree in engineering or construction management; travel up to 75% may be required; strong scheduling and cost-control skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction of industrial projects.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the electrical field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee industrial construction projects from set up to close out related to industrial, high tech, mining, and O&G industries.
• Recruit, manage and lead teams of employees including Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Superintendent and Foreman.
• Supervise the daily work of employees.
• Verify conformance of finished work product and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure all safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Coordinate labor, equipment and subcontractor resources to ensure timely, cost-effective completion of projects.
• Ensure all team members follow safety and work rules and policies.
