Job summary

Loenbro seeks a Senior Project Manager - Electrical (Traveling) to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects across the Loenbro Southeast footprint including data centers, power generation, renewables, mining, and oil & gas sectors. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires 8+ years in industrial/commercial construction management and 5+ years as a PM in the mechanical field, with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field.
• Experience with scheduling software such as P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large scale commercial & industrial construction projects from set up to close out related to the data center, power generation, renewables, mining, and oil & gas construction industries.
• Responsible for recruiting, managing and leading teams of employees, including Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
• Supervises the daily work of employees.
• Verifies conformance of finished work product, including overseeing compliance with all contract requirements.
• Responsible for ensuring all safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Coordination of all labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources with Project subordinates and other Loenbro companies to ensure timely, cost-effective completion of project.
• Assures all employees within the team know and follow the company safety and work rules and policies.
