Job summary

Loenbro, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager in the Electrical sector with travel expectations to oversee large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor relations to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

The role demands strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and effective client/vendor coordination across multiple U.S. sites, including power generation and data center projects. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale commercial & industrial construction projects from setup to close-out (data center, power gen, renewables, mining, oil & gas).
• Recruit, manage and lead teams of employees, including PMs, Project Engineers, and Coordinators.
• Supervise daily work and verify conformance to contract requirements.
• Ensure safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure timely, cost-effective completion.
• Ensure team adheres to company safety rules and policies.
