Job summary

Loenbro Southeast is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Electrical (Traveling) to lead large-scale industrial construction projects across multiple sites. The role oversees budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will liaise with clients, vendors, and field operations to drive successful project outcomes. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in industrial/commercial construction and at least 5 years as a Mechanical PM, with

Qualifications

Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical field.

Responsibilities

Oversee large-scale commercial & industrial construction projects from setup to closeout, including data center, power generation, renewables, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
Recruit, manage, and lead teams including Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
Supervise daily work and verify conformance with contract requirements and safety standards.
Coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources to ensure timely, cost-effective project completion.
Ensure all safety and environmental requirements are met and maintain strong client/vendor relationships.
