Job summary

Loenbro Southeast is seeking an Electrical Foreman (Traveling) to lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects across multiple sites. The role requires journeyman-level electrical knowledge, NEC compliance, and strong leadership to ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance.

You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades, manage labor, materials, and schedules, and mentor team members to meet project goals. Travel across assigned sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction and time management.
• Advanced knowledge of NEC electrical codes.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, transformers, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices, assigning tasks and ensuring safety and quality.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing development opportunities.
• Plan and schedule electrical work to meet deadlines and coordinate with PMs and other trades.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and use of materials, tools, and equipment; oversee maintenance of gear.
• Maintain clear communication with PMs, subcontractors, and clients; coordinate field activities.
• Document progress, labor hours, safety incidents, and material usage; submit reports.
