Job summary

Daxko is seeking a Training Specialist to lead engaging training sessions, support go-live events, and build strong relationships with customer organizations. You will train users across varying levels and ensure successful transitions, while maintaining materials and documentation.

Ideally, you bring 1–2 years of training or customer-support experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 75% to client sites. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in training, customer support, education, or a related field.
• Confidence leading conversations and presenting information to groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex or unexpected situations.
• Comfort working independently, managing your time, and prioritizing competing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, effective training sessions for a wide range of customers with different needs and experience levels.
• Travel to customer sites to support go-live events and ensure a smooth, successful transition.
• Serve as a primary trainer for small to mid-sized implementations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive, supportive training experience.
• Gather and apply customer feedback to continuously improve training delivery and outcomes.
• Maintain and update training materials, documentation, and resources.
• Develop a strong understanding of Daxko’s products and the member-based organizations we serve.
• Contribute to team goals and OKRs, and support process improvement initiatives.
