Zusammenfassung

Daxko is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation for new customers. Manage multiple projects, keep customers and internal teams aligned, and ensure a smooth path to going live within a defined framework.

You will work with the ETL Data team on data questions, maintain documentation, and escalate issues early to prevent problems from growing. Travel up to 25% as required.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years in project management, implementation, or related customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with detail.
• Clear, confident communication with customers and internal teams.
• Problem-solving mindset: size up complex issues, weigh options, act.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end implementation for small to mid-size customer projects, from kickoff through launch.
• Launch each assigned customer within four months of project start.
• Run weekly check-ins with customers and internal teams to report status and flag risk early.
• Partner with Daxko's ETL Data team to support customer data analysis and resolve data questions.
• Keep project documentation current and useful for the teams relying on it.
• Escalate problems early, with context, so they get solved before they grow.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (about 25% of the time).
