Job summary

Ambient Enterprises is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Trainer to lead training and functional support for CRM and Field Service across our nationwide organization. The role requires delivering hands-on sessions to sales, service dispatch, and administration teams and ensuring successful adoption across units.

You will develop training materials, participate in testing new features, and travel extensively (50-75%) to deliver in-person sessions across the United States.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering user training for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Field Service, or similar platforms.
• Strong background in developing training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and workshop exercises.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex system functions into clear instructions.
• Hands-on experience in user support, troubleshooting, and post go-live hyper-care.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the United States (~50-75%).
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training roles involving CRM and Field Service applications, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar enterprise systems.
• Prior experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) or functional system testing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for sales, service dispatch, and administrative teams on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service modules, both remote and on-site.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and hands‑on workshops, tailored to different teams and roles.
• Provide ongoing support post go-live, assisting users with Dynamics CRM and Field Service navigation and troubleshooting inquiries.
• Support onboarding of new employees to ensure proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics from day one.
• Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business leaders to align training with deployment schedules and processes, while gathering feedback to refine programs.
• Assist with functional testing of new features and updates, providing feedback to IT on usability and process improvements.
