Job summary

Daxko is seeking a Software Trainer to work remotely in the US. You will lead onboarding and training sessions, helping customers confidently use our software to power their organizations and communities.

The role involves traveling to customer sites to support go-live events and ensure a smooth transition. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in training or related fields, strong communication and presentation skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in training, customer support, education, or a related field.
• Confidence leading conversations and presenting information to groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, effective training sessions for a wide range of customers with different needs and experience levels.
• Travel to customer sites to support go-live events and ensure a smooth, successful transition.
• Serve as a primary trainer for small to mid-sized implementations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive, supportive training experience.
• Gather and apply customer feedback to continuously improve training delivery and outcomes.
• Maintain and update training materials, documentation, and resources.
• Develop a strong understanding of Daxko’s products and the member-based organizations we serve.
• Contribute to team goals and OKRs, and support process improvement initiatives.
