Daxko is seeking a Training Specialist to lead engaging training sessions, support go-live events, and build strong relationships with customer organizations. You will train users across varying levels and ensure successful transitions, while maintaining materials and documentation.

Ideally, you bring 1–2 years of training or customer-support experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 75% to client sites. A high school diploma is required.

Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the skills and competencies needed for the role. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance‑based incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us.

The pay range for this role is $47,406 – $71,109 per year.
