Job summary

DuraServ Corp is seeking a Corporate Training Manager to lead leadership development and support sales enablement, partnering with business leaders to build practical learning materials. This on-site role in Coppell, TX requires up to 20% travel and hands-on facilitation of training for managers and sales staff.

You will develop content, coordinate programs, and collaborate with instructional design to ensure learning translates to stronger performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate training experience at a large multi-location organization.
• Experience delivering leadership development programs for managers.
• Facilitation certification from a recognized vendor (DDI/Korn Ferry/FranklinCovey) with demonstrated facilitation experience.
• Experience delivering training to sales professionals and partnering with sales leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver leadership development programs for managers and support sales enablement initiatives.
• Develop or adapt facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids; create occasional eLearning content.
• Coordinate corporate training calendar and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Evaluate programs using feedback and business indicators to drive improvements.
