Fairway Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent to manage construction schedules and completion dates across multiple Southeast projects. This traveling role requires frequent overnight stays and driving to sites.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of blueprints, site construction, and project management, with experience supervising subcontractors and ensuring code compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with 10 years of construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or relevant field preferred.
• Multi-family and stick-built construction experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall construction schedule and completion dates.
• Manage the overall project budget and value engineering opportunities.
• Direct and supervise all on-site subcontractors and laborers.
• Verify construction and installation processes for quality.
• Ensure city, county, and state construction codes are met.
• Ensure all safety requirements are met and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Schedule and coordinate all deliveries.
• Attend company meetings representing current projects with owners.
