Job summary

Fairway Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent for a traveling role across the Georgia region (GA, SC, FL) and possibly the Southeast. The position requires 100% travel to project sites with overnight stays when sites are far from home.

The candidate will maintain the construction schedule, manage budget, supervise subcontractors and on-site staff, and ensure code compliance and safety throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 10 years of construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or relevant field preferred.
• Multi-family and stick-built construction experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the overall construction schedule and completion dates.
• Direct on-site subcontractors and laborers; supervise staff.
• Ensure safety requirements and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure EarthCraft documentation.
• Attend company meetings with owners across locations.
