Job summary

Fairway Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Superintendent to support scheduling and completion dates across project sites.

This role involves frequent travel with overnight stays and coordination of on-site subcontractors, laborers, and company staff to maintain progress on multi-family construction projects. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in construction, with preference for multi-family and stick-built experience, and strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and on-site

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience required.
• Multi-family and stick-built construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret building blueprints and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the overall construction schedule and completion dates.
• Assist in managing the project budget and value engineering opportunities.
• Direct and supervise on-site subcontractors and laborers.
• Verify construction processes for quality and accuracy of measurements.
• Ensure compliance with city, county, and state codes and regulations.
• Contribute to safety by conducting weekly on-site safety meetings.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure EarthCraft documentation is provided.
• Attend meetings representing current projects with owners.
