Job summary

Fairway Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent who will manage the overall construction schedule and completion dates across Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida projects.

The role requires 100% travel to project sites with overnight stays when sites are far from residence. The candidate must have strong site supervision skills, experience with multiple subcontractors, adherence to building codes, and ability to coordinate deliveries while ensuring safety and EarthCraft

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with 10 years of construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or relevant field preferred.
• Multi-family and stick-built construction experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall construction schedule and completion dates of the project.
• Manage the overall project budget and provide value engineering opportunities.
• Direct and supervise on-site subcontractors, laborers, and other staff.
• Verify construction and installation quality, including site measurements and elevations.
• Ensure adherence to city, county, and state codes and safety requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate all deliveries.
• Attend company meetings representing current projects at various locations.
