Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Multi-family and stick-built construction experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall construction schedule and completion dates.
• Manage project budget and provide value engineering opportunities.
• Direct and supervise on-site subcontractors and laborers.
