Job summary

Fairway Construction seeks an Assistant Project Superintendent to help maintain project schedules and budgets while coordinating on-site subcontractors. The role requires coordination with owners and site teams on a frequent travel basis.

The ideal candidate has construction experience in multi-family projects, familiarity with site construction, and the ability to manage scheduling, safety, and quality controls across phases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or relevant field preferred.
• Multi-family and stick-built construction experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the overall construction schedule and completion dates of the project.
• Assist in managing the overall project budget and provide value engineering opportunities.
• Help direct and supervise all on-site subcontractors and laborers.
• Assist in verifying all construction and installation processes for quality.
