Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 10 years of construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or relevant field preferred.
• Multi-family and stick-built construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall construction schedule and completion dates.
• Manage the project budget and provide value engineering opportunities.
• Direct and supervise all on-site subcontractors and laborers.
• Verify construction and installation quality, including measurements and elevations.
• Ensure all codes and regulations are met on site.
• Provide weekly on-site safety meetings for all personnel.
• Schedule and coordinate all deliveries.
• Ensure Earth Craft requirements are met and documented.
• Attend monthly project meetings with owners.
