Job summary

Fairway Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee the overall construction schedule and ensure timely project completion. This role requires frequent travel and overnight stays as projects span multiple locations.

You will supervise on-site subcontractors and staff, manage the budget, perform site inspections, verify quality, and ensure compliance with codes and EarthCraft standards where applicable.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge interpreting blueprints and estimating.
• Supervisory experience on onsite construction.
• Experience with 3rd party developers and officials preferred.
• EarthCraft certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project schedule and completion dates.
• Manage the project budget and seek value engineering opportunities.
• Direct and supervise all on-site subcontractors and laborers.
• Verify construction and installation quality and measurements.
• Ensure compliance with city, county, and state codes and safety requirements.
• Attend company meetings representing current projects and provide updates.
• Coordinate deliveries and manage project documentation.
