Job summary

rand* construction corporation is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead field teams on commercial interior and building renovation projects across multiple markets. The role involves travel, overnight stays, and coordinating with project managers to align materials, staff and schedules.

The ideal candidate will have extensive lead superintendent experience, OSHA 30 certification, and a proven ability to manage complex projects up to $10M while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience as lead superintendent on commercial interior, retail or building renovation projects
• 6 years’ experience as lead superintendent on commercial interior projects
• OSHA 30; OSHA Competent Persons Training preferred
• Capable of managing projects up to $10M
• First Aid and CPR Certification

Responsibilities

• Oversee field staff and ensure projects are built per plans and specs
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, laborers and stakeholders on site
• Maintain project materials, tools/equipment, information and staffing in line with schedules
• Direct subcontractors and coordinate activities to meet project deadlines
• Promote rand*’s reputation for exceptional client service
