Consigli Construction is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to help manage daily on-site construction activities. The role requires travel nationwide and close collaboration with the Superintendent and General Superintendent to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality on the project site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering is preferred.
• 0–5 years of construction field experience or similar role.
• Knowledge of safety standards and enforcement; OSHA 30 required.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide as needed.
• Assist with on-site safety program to maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide technical assistance, interpret drawings and submittals.
• Manage self-perform and subcontractor work including safety, budget, schedule, quality.
• Support Superintendent and Project Manager with daily/weekly reports and schedule updates.
• Understand schedule and critical path; participate in short-term planning.
• Participate in the quality program and inspections; verify materials.
• Interface professionally with client, design representatives, other contractors, and building officials.
• Contribute to business development and leads for future projects.
• Attend monthly superintendent meetings, safety meetings, and trainings.
• Develop skills to become a Superintendent and manage all aspects of a project.
